Richard Wilding is a curator, photographer and film producer, specialising in the promotion of cultural heritage, archaeology and history through exhibitions, events programmes, publications and documentary films. He has been working in the Middle East since 2010, and his clients include the Ministry of Culture, Saudi Arabia, Sharjah Investment and Development Authority and the Ministry of Media and Information, Kurdistan Regional Government.

Richard’s work has been published in books about the traditional costumes and crafts of Saudi Arabia and the heritage of Mleiha in the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE. He has planned and curated exhibitions and events at the Islamic Arts Museum in Kuala Lumpur, and at the British Museum, V&A, Royal Geographical Society and Houses of Parliament in London.
